Refunds & Cancellations.

1. Membership Fees

All NGA memberships are subscription-based and grant access to a structured, confidential community and education program.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of membership access, events, and digital content delivery:

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at NGA’s discretion.

3. Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to NGA
at kerry@generationprivate.com.au.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

4. Event & Program Changes

NGA reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or substitute events, speakers, or program elements where required. Reasonable alternatives will be provided where possible.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to membership services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
