Experienced Convenors. Trusted Facilitators.
Practical Outcomes.
NGA convenors and presenters are selected for two things: their ability to translate complexity into clarity, and their capacity to create the kind of environment where members feel safe to engage, question and connect. They don’t just present, they facilitate the community.
Our Convenors.
Craig Holland
Co-Founder, NGA | Corporate Advisor & Former Senior Partner, Deloitte
Craig brings decades of experience at the intersection of private wealth, family business and governance — exactly the kind of expertise that sits at the heart of what NGA is about. A former senior partner of Deloitte, Craig led the Deloitte Private Tax Group and served as Deloitte Private’s Chief Operating Officer, advising small and medium private businesses and high net worth families on tax, succession and business strategy. He is also the author of The Art of Business Succession, a practical guide to one of the most consequential decisions a business-owning family can face. Since retiring from the Deloitte partnership in 2012, Craig has served on the boards of both public and private companies, including The Good Guys — where he chaired the Audit Committee and led the board subcommittees overseeing the group’s corporatisation and its eventual $870 million sale to JB Hi-Fi. He currently serves as independent chairman of the Bajle Family Office and the John Hughes Automotive Group, and as a director of Infocus Wealth Management, where he chairs the Research, Investment and Governance Committee. At NGA, Craig brings that breadth of real-world experience directly to members — translating the complexities of wealth, business and governance into frameworks that are practical, grounded and genuinely useful.
Kerry Holland
Co-Founder & Operations Lead, NGA
Kerry is the operational force behind NGA — ensuring that every member experience is seamless, every detail is managed, and the community runs with the care and confidentiality it deserves. Across her career, Kerry has held a wide range of roles spanning sales, marketing and business administration. At Generation Private, she manages regulatory compliance, marketing, accounts and business operations. At NGA, she brings that same structured, people-first approach to building a community where members feel genuinely supported from the moment they join. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration. Her commitment to getting the details right is what allows NGA members to focus entirely on their learning and their connections — confident that everything else is in good hands.
Anna A’Beckett (B.Comm., B.A. Melb, CA)
Convenor, NGA | Non-Executive Director & Chartered Accountant
Anna brings a rare combination of professional depth and personal relatability to NGA — someone who has navigated the full arc of a serious career in finance, and now applies that experience to helping others find their footing with wealth and governance. Over her executive career, Anna held management roles spanning retail and funds management at Bajle Group, investment banking at Nomura PLC, and corporate finance, corporate recovery, tax and audit at KPMG. She understands firsthand how technical complexity can feel overwhelming — and how the right guidance can change that. Since 2020, Anna has been a member of the Trinity College Foundation at the University of Melbourne and now serves as its Chair. Anna is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts from the University of Melbourne. At NGA, Anna convenes with the same qualities she brings to the boardroom: clarity, genuine curiosity, and a deep respect for where each person is starting from.
